 When you enter the reception area, you
will be greeted by one of our receptionists, who will check your
pet into the hospital or escort you into one of the examination rooms.
This area also provides an assortment of client education materials. Eukanuba Veterinary Diets, Hills Prescription Diets, and Purina CNM Prescription Diets as well as pet supplies are
also on display for your purchasing convenience.

Examination
Room
Here
the doctors perform physical examinations and administer vaccinations
to your pet. Each exam room is very private and quiet, making consultations
and examinations very comfortable for you and your pet.

Pharmacy
The
pharmacy contains numerous medications the doctor may prescribe for your
pet. Our staff may also refill prescriptions your pet is already on.

Treatment
Room
The
treatment room is considered the "heart" of the hospital. This is where
in-patients receive treatment, while others are prepped for surgery. Dentistry,
minor surgery, catheter placement and blood-drawings are also performed
in this area, and there is direct access from here to the surgery, radiology,
wards, and break room.

Digital Radiography
Radiology is an important diagnostic tool at Cheyenne Pet Clinic. Our modern digital Xray machine provides us with accurate and speedy results which help in the diagnosis of diseases and trauma.

Laboratory
Our
up-to-date laboratory is able to provide important information to help
diagnose medical problems or to determine if your pet is in top-notch
shape or not. Chemistry panels, complete blood counts (CBC), urinalysis,
fecal examinations, Feline Leukemia/FIV tests, Brucellosis, and heartworm
tests are just some of the procedures performed in our laboratory. Pathology specimens are usually
sent to the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory in Laramie. For other, more specific tests, we use different laboratories in various parts of the country.

Surgery
Suite
Our
surgical suite is state-of-the-art with the newest, safest anesthetic
machines, heating pads, and a positive pressure ventilation systems which
keeps the room as dust-free as possible. All major sterile surgeries are
performed here, such as spays, orthopedic surgeries, and exploratory operations.
All anesthetized animals are maintained on a cardiac/respiratory monitor
to ensure a safe and speedy procedure and recovery.

Laser
Surgery
The
