About Me 

Dr. Schmerge grew up in Green River, Wyoming and attended the University of
Wyoming for her undergraduate degree in Animal and Veterinary Science. She
met her husband there and they both moved to Washington where she graduated
from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016.
After a few years practicing veterinary medicine in Idaho, they decided to
move back home to settle closer to family in Wyoming.

Dr. Schmerge enjoys all aspects of general practice, from the first
wellness visit to hospice and palliative care.

In her free time, Dr. Schmerge likes to go on outdoor adventures with her
husband and daughter, raise chickens, read, and play with mud in her
ceramic studio.
